南宁荣和山水绿城，小三房，86平米，想装现代简约风格，求设计

这个户型是目前广西南宁比较常见的小三房户型，厅较大，房间很小，收纳空间不足，想装修成现代简约风格，不知如何布局，颜色灯光的配置，和家具的摆设等，求各位大师指点迷津，在下感激不尽。谢谢！
