【待完善】三室一厅平面布置，太过平庸，求大神优化，奉上所有积蓄

住宅需求：三室+茶室（开放式）+衣帽间 。最好在整个书房。小弟已竭尽全力，也就改了两个方案，还是差不多的...........求大神抽空顺手优化优化

入口处做点特色，主卧做成套间带书房，利用安全通道处的阳台。。。微调，希望有所帮助:lol:lol:lol
