新作：Ottawa House
Located in an exclusive court off Albany Road, Toorak House is a materially-rich and refined residence of the highest quality. A white-pebbled forecourt lined with red oak trees directs visitors toward the heritage-inspired home, where Fiona Lynch has taken an artistic approach to the composition of space. Sculpted forms, hand-worked details and earthy textures are carefully balanced, mediating classical and contemporary elements with clear intent.
位于奥尔巴尼,Toorak House是物质上的富有和精制最高质量的住宅。一个white-pebbled前院内衬红橡树指导游客向heritage-inspired回家,菲奥娜(merrill Lynch)采取了一个艺术空间的构成方法。雕刻形式,手工制成的细节和朴实的材质是仔细平衡，融合古典和现代元素与明确的意图。
The house is generous in both its spaciousness and quality of finish. The sitting room is anchored by a striking hearth of rough-hewn stone, while warm neutral finishes and soft ambient lighting give a sense of intimacy and retreat. The kitchen and bathrooms are enlivened by chiseled and sculpted stone features, evoking a sense that the space has been hewn from a single monolithic form. Minimalist surfaces complement the home’s intricate parquetry timber floors and shuttered French doors.
这个项目是品质与设计的结合，客厅是由一个惊人的壁炉的石头,而温暖的中性完成和柔软的环境照明的亲密和距离。厨房和浴室被凿和雕刻石头功能活跃,唤起一种空间已经从一个凿成的单一形式。简约的表面补充家里的错综复杂的拼花地板木材地板和法式门。
