这是在伦敦圣马丁巷剧院的一间当代日本餐厅，餐厅有2层，以前这地方是另外一家餐厅。酒吧，开放式厨房，烤炉，寿司吧和座位是在地上那层楼。而普通厨房，办公室和厕所都在地下那层楼。干净的盘子和脏盘子是由两个不同的电梯从厨房那里送来或者送到厨房里去。
Contemporary Japanese dining on St Martin’s Lane in Theatreland, London. Restaurant is based on 2 floors. There was another restaurant on this place before. Bar, show kitchen, robata, sushi bar and seating are on ground floor. Kitchen, offices and WC are on underground floor. Dihses and dirty plates goes to and form kitchen by two different elevators.
设计是结合阁楼元素和现代日本元素。大部分的墙壁和柱子都是石膏制成的，没有任何修饰以保持其原有的状态。我们发现不同年份的建筑材料被使用在不同的地方。因此会有不同类型的砖（大和小），有些是用旧灰泥制，有些是用金属制的。所有建筑的材料都是用耐火涂料着色的。部分墙壁用木质的覆盖物来装饰，使得室内显得更加温馨。一个覆盖物看起来像鳞片，其他的就像设防一样。有一个墙上覆盖着青苔，给餐厅增添更多新鲜感。
Design is compilation of loft and modern Japanese elements. Most of walls and columns are cleared from gypsum covering to their original state. We found out elements that were made during years of using this premises in different purposes.So there is concrete, different types of bricks (small and big), old stucco and metal structural elements. All structural elements were colored by fire resisting paint. Some walls were decorated by wooden covering to make interior more warm. One covering looks like squama, other like fortification. One wall was cowered by balsamed moss to add more freshness to restaurant.
地板是由被切成六角形的天然木材铺盖而成的。酒吧是由老木建造而成的。
Floor was made from natural wood an hexagonal tiling. Bars are made from aged wood.
我们安装了空调，但我们会把电线隐藏起来。不同类型的木制品挂在天花板上做装饰。我们把灯安排好，使灯光看起来更漂亮，而且还会隐藏在天花板里。这些吊灯，有些是在乌克兰制造，有些在意大利制造，有些是在英国买回来的。在一个砖墙上，我们用“车库”灯作为照明工具。这也是这家餐馆的特色。窗户被改为全景窗户。楼梯栏杆保持它以前的模样，只有扶手和阶梯进行了翻新。食物制备则是展示的过程。你可以看到寿司的滚动，烧炉上的烧烤和鸡尾酒制作。烧炉是用玻璃封闭起来，保护顾客不会受到从烤炉那里传来的热量。我们公司坐落在乌克兰，所以我们一个月要飞去伦敦两次，从而明确建筑建造的速度。
We left open HVAC systems but hided electrical wires. Wooden frames of different types were made on the ceiling to decorate it. They are arranged to make lighting look more nice and to hide some places of ceiling. Some chandeliers were made in Ukraine some in Italy, some were bought in UK. On one brick wall we used "garage" lamps as lighting. It was special order for this restaurant. Windows were changed to panoramic. Stair railing was left as it was before, handrail and steps were renewed. Food preparing is made as show processes. You can see susi rolling, robata grilling and cocktail making. Grill is closed by glass do defend customers from heat.Our company is situated in Ukraine so we had to fly in London twice a month to direct building process.
