The building is 'wrapped' in a series of banded elements which change subtly in form as they traverse the building to create a flowing, organic building envelope which will be a distinctive new form on this iconic street."

"Every aspect of lilli's interiors has been considered to create unique, contemporary and classic spaces within each apartment.
The interior living spaces have been designed to orientate outwards and sculptural elements have been crafted to form views, while capturing maximum natural light for each apartment. The material and architectural forms flow from the interior to the exterior, reinforcing the connection between each apartment and the surrounding South Yarra precinct."
