销售中心作为开发商与客户接触的第一站，需要在有限的空间充分表达项目的性格和品质。我们希望将建筑与空间结合，创造出戏剧性的空间和光影，让其在周边环境中显得卓尔不群，用“一颗未雕琢的宝石”赋予空间新的内涵，展现空间的张力，并建构能引起人们共鸣的空间。

As the first contact station between developers and customers, sales center needs to fully express the character and quality of the project in limited space. We hope to combine architecture with space, create dramatic space and light and shadow, make it outstanding in the surrounding environment, endow space with new connotation with "an unearthed gem", show the tension of space, and construct space that can arouse people's resonance.

在设计中我们以人为中心，思考如何构建一个安全较强的空间。重视在空间中人与人的关系，让人有更多的面对面的机会。因为我们相信，感情都是面对面构建的。

In the design, we take people as the center and think about how to build a safe and strong space. Pay attention to the relationship between people in space, let people have more face-to-face opportunities. Because we believe that emotions are built face to face.

二楼走廊公区，我们尽量保证共享休息区的空间，让入住者在公区中还可以有一个休息、等待的区域。房间的门牌号都在每一个入口的台阶脚下，提示客人的安全性，入户抬高的设计，成为室内外的空间的分割线，有一定仪式感的将客人迎接到室内空间。

In the corridor communal area on the second floor, we try our best to ensure that the rest area is shared so that the occupants can have a rest and waiting area in the communal area. The door number of the room is at the foot of each entrance step, which indicates the safety of the guests. The design of raising the door becomes the dividing line of the interior and exterior space. The guests are welcomed into the interior space with a certain sense of ceremony.
