Erno Laszlo奥伦纳素是来自美国纽约的高端护肤奢侈品牌，由Dr. Laszlo创建于1927年。 1927年，Dr. Laszlo在布达佩斯创办了自己的第一所护肤研究所，并配备一间实验室，专门用于针对客户不同肌肤问题研发定制专属配方，如定制的Phormula 3-1，用于治疗匈牙利斯蒂芬妮公主的急性痤疮。 1939年，Dr. Laszlo搬到纽约，在第五大道677号开设了第一间奥伦纳素纽约护肤美学馆。一经开设，就受到名流、贵族、社会名媛的追捧，预约的等待时间可能会持续几个月，并且仅向会员提供专属服务。他的早期客户包括奥黛丽·赫本和葛丽泰·嘉宝。Dr. Laszlo成为世界上许多名媛名流值得信赖的护肤专家。 奥伦纳素品牌一直延续着Dr. Laszlo的精神，因为他突破性的肌肤护理方面的研究发现和个性化肌肤护理，继续影响着我们现在所做的一切。 本案是其位于上海金融街静安中心，由HTD赫韬建设团队打造。
3 ELEMENTS FOR THE DESIGN STRATEGY Erno Laszlo produces clean formulations which are effective without risk to their consumer. We propose using NATURAL ARCHITECTURE MATERIALS for the new office to align with the brand identity. 奥伦纳素产品是有效且安全的。我们通过使用自然的建筑材料，体现品牌想要传递给客户的价值观。
The Shanghai office has it’s own culture. The leader is open-minded person. People are team players. The Shanghai office is expecting to increase its size in the future. Colleagues are joining the office from abroad time to time. We propose that the new office needs A LAYOUT：FLEXIBLE & REFLECTING COLLABORATIVE CULTURE.
上海办公室有属于当地的文化。亲切开明的管理 模式，未来可期的发展需求，多元灵活的办公人 员——这些都意味着我们需要一个更加灵活开放的办公环境。
Working in the beauty industry is intense and stressful. It requires long working hours as well. We propose INTERIOR MOODS that you can stay RELAXED & FUN in the office. It will not only make people feel happy but also to be efficient in their work.

WE PROPOSE 3 ELEMENTS FOR THE BRAND IDENTITY DESIGN STRATEGY.
We propose to use black and white as the main interior color for the background: White for South open working area & black for North functional space. And as accents, we propose to use Erno Laslo's coral colors on the some of working chairs, lounge chairs, sofa and area rug.
建议使用黑色和白色作为主要的室内背景颜色：白色为南部开放的工作区域，黑色为北部的功能空间。在一些工作椅、休闲椅、沙发和区域地毯上使用Erno Laslo的珊瑚色。

Erno Laszlo's product has a smooth and soft fluffy texture. We propose to apply a similar texture to
the upholstery such as lounge chairs and sofa.

This option is showing a rational plan but keeping freedom of open working area. Keep all the functional programs at the Northside with lifts, restrooms, and emergency stairs. And allow the Southside to be free & open as possible.

The ceiling height from floor to end of MEP is only 2600mm. We propose to minimize any MEP elements on the ceiling so the ceiling doesn’t look busy.

The meeting room is where you focus on the discussion and making decisions. The meeting room is not so big and we think space should be calming & able to focus on the table. Therefore, the focal point of the space should be the meeting table. We propose to empathize with the lighting on the table and calming down the surrounding color.
