本案通過對拓邦集團的品牌定位與企業核心理念分析，結合智能與科技兩大要素，確定以“品牌基因”這個概念展開設計。提到“基因”，會讓我們不自覺的聯想到生物學概念，其實，每個企業亦有著屬於自己的基因，它讓客戶明確、清晰地記住並識別品牌的文化與個性，是驅動客戶認同一個品牌的主要力量。 This case is through the analysis of the brand positioning and enterprise core concept of Tubang Group, combined with the two elements of intelligence and technology, to determine the design with the concept of "brand gene". 大堂·洽談區 LOBBY NEGOTIATION AREA
空間大面積選用金屬材質，並在牆面融入大塊面木飾面裝飾，以求打破“科技感”的固有印象。當極簡的金屬天花在靜謐的木飾面造型映襯下，柔和了室內溫度平衡空間感，展現企業人文關懷。 洽談區以框景的形式做為隔斷，軟裝的選配從整個空間的考慮出發加入重色沙發及融合“基因組合”概念的趣味性茶几，茶几通過色彩、大小不同的圓柱體互相鑲嵌而成。單椅線條流暢，俐落感十足，在色彩上特意選擇藍白色面料與空間相融，營造簡約而清雅、明快而有序的空間環境。 Space large area chooses metal material, and integrate large face wood veneer decoration in the metope, in order to break the "sense of science and technology" inherent impression. 後區休息區，以大塊面金屬作為載體，將科技感與空間完美融合，簡約的粗野主義加上科技感搭配出灰色詩意，在一片灰色中點染一抹藍。高級定制的茶几，在材質、樣式和顏色之間進行反復實驗，座椅與沙發，在絲絨質感與棉麻質感中相互碰撞，營造極佳的視覺體驗。藍色是一種使人心情愉悅、放鬆的色彩。置身其中，感覺慵懶又舒適很大程度上起到緩解疲勞的效果。後區休息區一角，在營造清透氛圍的同時，將圓弧形書架置入場景中，以靈動的設計語素，令空間有一股無形的流動感，仿佛下一秒這裏即將展開一場基因試驗。 The rest area in the back area, with large surface metal as the carrier, perfectly integrates the sense of science and technology with the space. 公區長廊，沙發運用了藍色系漸層體塊組合而成，每一個小的模塊組合而成大的模塊依次類推就像精確排列的基因區塊鏈“地圖”，在空間中多了序列感。本案通過冷暖對比，豐富整個長廊。 書吧藏匿在長廊一側，寬闊舒適的空間遵循著刪繁就簡的原則。與傳統書吧一樣，大面積採用木飾面增加柔和度使閱讀得到最大程度的放鬆，但又區別於傳統書吧，以開放的形式隨意落座。 In the long corridor of the public area, the sofa is combined with a blue gradual layer block. 會議室模擬基因工程實驗倉的設計，採用大面積透明玻璃視線穿透，增加通透性。會議椅在選擇上採用科技化的黑白配色，十分硬朗的線條感強調整個空間的調性。 彙報廳在此主要用於會議、公司大型彙報演講及公司年會等各種活動，寬闊的場地可同時容納500多人。室內還是以主色調為主，大氣內斂的灰色搭配直線型藍色線光，加之頂部天花的反射在昏暗的空間中給人一種科技未來的既視感。 The design of the conference room adopts a large area of transparent glass sight penetration to increase the permeability.
