云潮大境位于宁波东部新城、高新区双核交汇处，紧临大东江公园、陈郎桥江双水系自然景中3人头7观，目之所及皆风景。项目对望60万方宁波研发园，以时代浪潮执首城市大格局，搭配灵粹建筑风格，力邀古木子月设计事务所，于12层以上的云端空间，打造250平米云端大平层样板房。
Located at the intersection of the new city in the east of Ningbo and the dual core of the high-tech zone, Yunchao is close to the natural landscape of Dadongjiang Park and Chenlangqiao River. The project looks at the 600000 square meters of Ningbo R&D Park. With the tide of the times as the leading city pattern and the spirit architectural style, Gumuziyue Design Office is invited to build a 250 square meter cloud top large flat floor model house in the cloud space above 12 floors.
爆炸图（空间静态）
大门开启，映入眼帘的是整面墙的柜体与玄关鞋柜形成L型串联，不仅保证了收纳，而且空间联动自然，转角处镂空细节，设置了一个艺术装置，与镂空处形成若隐若现的窗景，增加了空间的变幻与趣味性，同时又增添了几分神秘性。在设计中不仅横向尺度很大，纵向也是，入口以挑高至二层尺度的架空场景，来充分体现空间的高度与伟度，渲染登堂入室之仪式感。并将场地一分为二，左侧通过暗门进入则属私人静谧的静态场域，右侧是动态丰富的会客接待场景。
When the door is opened, you can see that the whole wall cabinet and the porch shoe cabinet form an L-shaped series, which not only ensures the storage, but also the space linkage is natural. An art device is set at the corner of the hollowed out detail, forming a looming window view with the hollowed out place, increasing the space's change and interest, and at the same time adding a bit of mystery. In the design, not only the horizontal scale is large, but also the vertical scale. The entrance is elevated to the second floor scale to fully reflect the height and majesty of the space and render the sense of ceremony. The site is divided into two parts. The left side is a private and quiet static field through a secret door, and the right side is a dynamic and rich reception scene.
转角玄关之后，整个接近4米挑高的会客空间映入眼帘，整个空间以灰色为主基调，搭配黑白辅助色调，呈现一种精致高端的现代空间体验。目之所及，微火的壁炉，超大尺度的休闲沙发，冷峻的西餐区一致排开，空间尺度无与伦比，由近及远，由低至高，通过视觉高度来构建公共空间的平衡秩序。未走几步，北侧电动窗帘自动缓缓拉开，整侧玻璃幕墙将阳光引入空间，伴随光影，将空间的品质感和大都会气场表现得淋漓尽致。以材质光影为媒介，将优雅内敛并蓄的艺术态度贯穿于空间之中，创造与传播一种超越平庸的空间氛围，探索空间美学的无限可能性。南侧靠墙区域我们设置了开关柜与封闭柜相互穿插的结构形式，集存储与展示为一体，将空间的气质构筑于独特的物理形制之间，将简约别致的现代都市风格和温润的原木质感融合在一起，空间层次丰富干净利落。
After the corner porch, the entire reception space, which is nearly 4 meters high, comes into view. The whole space is mainly gray with black and white auxiliary colors, presenting a sophisticated and high-end modern space experience. As far as you can see, the fireplace with light fire, the leisure sofa with super large scale, and the cold western food area are all lined up. The space scale is unparalleled. From near to far, from low to high, we can build a balanced order of public space through visual height. Before walking a few steps, the electric curtain on the north side opened slowly and automatically. The entire glass curtain wall introduced sunlight into the space, accompanied by light and shadow, and presented the quality of the space and the metropolis atmosphere vividly. With material, light and shadow as the medium, the elegant and restrained artistic attitude runs through the space, creating and spreading a space atmosphere beyond mediocrity, and exploring the infinite possibility of space aesthetics. In the area near the wall on the south side, we have set up a structural form of switch cabinet and enclosed cabinet interpenetrating each other, integrating storage and display, building the temperament of the space between unique physical shapes, combining the simple and unique modern urban style and warm log texture, and making the space rich and clean.
软装的引导上，旨在体现精致、氛围、情趣、大气。木、石、钢等材质叠加构建出色的质感，均贴合了现代都市风格的空间调性，强烈的黑白灰视觉冲击，以展现出业主的独特气质。
On the guidance of soft decoration, it aims to reflect delicacy, atmosphere, interest and atmosphere. The superimposition of wood, stone, steel and other materials creates an excellent texture, which conforms to the spatial tonality of modern urban style and has a strong black, white and gray visual impact to show the unique temperament of the owner.
△空间隔断
西餐厅与中餐厅之间，通过通顶展陈柜进行空间划分，虚实结合，似透非透，用非对称的的形制来构建空间与人所触碰的每个界面。通过两道暗门设置便可以进入客卫与厨房，通过结构改动和空间的相互串联,挖掘空间布局的灵活性,注重调动各区域的关联度,在无形的分割中得以放大与扩容
The space between the western restaurant and the Chinese restaurant is divided through the exhibition cabinet on the top, combining the virtual with the real, seemingly transparent, and using the asymmetric shape to build every interface that the space and people touch. The guest bathroom and kitchen can be accessed through two hidden doors. The flexibility of space layout can be explored through structural changes and mutual connection of spaces. Attention should be paid to mobilizing the relevance of each area to enlarge and expand the invisible division.

厨房空间的面积达到了10平米，以满足不同形式的用餐需求，同时在厨房区域设置了独立的家政房区域，并且独立开门至公共区域，实现了客人与服务人员的动线分离。
The area of the kitchen space has reached 10 square meters to meet the needs of different forms of dining. At the same time, an independent housekeeping room area has been set up in the kitchen area, and the door has been opened to the public area independently, realizing the separation of moving lines between guests and service personnel.

观建构之诗韵，读辗转围合、形式之逻辑，于横纵方向上的空间互话，自是有其章法印记。在中餐厅空间的营造上面，也是着重构建公共空间的平衡秩序，横平竖直，中轴对称。中餐桌直径尺寸达到了1.8米，可以满足8~10人的私宴用餐需求以及商务用餐需求，同时与西餐厅相辅相成，功能使用需求灵活多变，同时也整个项目定位的核心之一。
Viewing the poetic rhyme of construction, reading the logic of circumlocution and form, and talking with each other in horizontal and vertical directions, has its own seal of organization. The construction of Chinese restaurant space is also focused on building a balanced order of public space, which is horizontal and vertical, and symmetrical in the middle axis. The diameter of the Chinese dining table has reached 1.8 meters, which can meet the private dining needs of 8~10 people and business dining needs. At the same time, the Chinese dining table complements the western restaurant. The functional use needs are flexible and changeable, and it is also one of the cores of the entire project positioning.
△书房
中餐厅的南侧，设计将空间做了解构处理，探索空间的更多可能，以满足不同的功能需求，提升空间使用率。我们将空间设置为上下2层，下层为西厨空间，通过悬浮楼梯的架设可以到达2层，2层则是书房空间。书房墙面采用了大面积的灰玻，增加2层的空间感，同时与1层餐厅部分形成了很好的互动性。
The south side of the Chinese restaurant is designed to deconstruct the space and explore more possibilities of the space to meet different functional needs and improve the space utilization. We set the space as two floors, and the lower floor is the western kitchen space. You can reach the second floor through the erection of suspension stairs, and the second floor is the study space. A large area of grey glass is used on the wall of the study to increase the sense of space on the second floor and form a good interaction with the dining room on the first floor.
△吧台
西厨区域设置2.7米的超长多功能吧台，吧台的设计休闲与功能并存，在吧台的设计上植入了水斗、恒温酒柜、电磁炉、收纳。在背柜更是集成了暗门冰箱、蒸烤箱、收纳、展陈。西厨区域的设置是整个空间的点睛之笔，服务与西餐厅和中餐厅，同时某种意义上说又凌驾于这两个空间之上。
A 2.7 meter long multi-function bar is set in the western kitchen area. The design of the bar is both casual and functional. The design of the bar is embedded with a water bucket, a thermostatic wine cabinet, an induction cooker, and storage. In the back cabinet, a hidden door refrigerator, a steam oven, storage and display are integrated. The setting of western kitchen area is the finishing touch of the whole space, serving the western restaurant and Chinese restaurant, and at the same time, it is superior to these two spaces in a sense.
△视听室
折回客厅，开启在背景墙的暗门，我们量身定制了一个符合业主气质的视听收藏室，集音乐、收藏、健身、休闲与一体。空间不仅是物质意义上的承载物体的容器，更是人类意识的幸福栖居之所，这一极具私人属性的空间属性，最为明显地展示了主人的生活方式与意识情绪。同时此空间也是多功能空间，以满足不同客户其不同的使用需求。
Turning back to the living room and opening the hidden door on the background wall, we customized an audio-visual collection room that meets the owner's temperament, integrating music, collection, fitness and leisure. Space is not only a container for carrying objects in the material sense, but also a happy dwelling place for human consciousness. This extremely private space attribute most clearly shows the owner's life style and conscious emotions. At the same time, this space is also a multi-functional space to meet the different needs of different customers.
△主卧
主人卧房位于静态区域的末端，也是相对私密的个人空间，空间尺寸也是一般住宅不太能企及的，达到了3米的空间层高。在卫生间的设置上也是彰显豪华，独立景观浴缸，悬挂坐厕，一体式冲淋。通过通电雾化玻璃讲采光引入卫生间区域。整个卧房的设计既有现代生活的简约实用，又富有温馨的生活气息，既为场景赋能，又折射出不同的精神栖居选择。
The master bedroom is located at the end of the static area, which is also a relatively private personal space. The space size is also not comparable to that of ordinary residential buildings, reaching a space floor height of 3 meters. The bathroom is also luxurious, with independent landscape bathtub, hanging toilet seat and integrated shower. The lighting is introduced into the toilet area through the electrified atomized glass. The design of the whole bedroom not only has the simplicity and practicality of modern life, but also is full of warm life atmosphere, which not only enables the scene, but also reflects different spiritual living options.
阔绰尺度呼应云端居所，在东城之芯，一杯红酒，一支雪茄，一曲温柔……生活的豁达与精彩在此盛放。 In the heart of the East City, a glass of red wine, a cigar, a piece of gentleness... The openness and brilliance of life are in full bloom here.
