此次Point Design设计的Agalarov Estate项目位于莫斯科近郊，坐拥1300平方米空间住宅的业主是一位成功的女企业家兼大型公司CEO，她极度珍视时间效率。设计概念在初期阶段便已确定，整个过程中几乎未作修改，所有构思最终都精准的实现了。
The owner of this 1,300 sqm suburban home near Moscow is a successful businesswoman and CEO of a large company, who values her time immensely. The project design by Point Design Studio, finalized during the initial stages, remained virtually unchanged throughout the process, with every idea executed to perfection.
业主的核心诉求是打造一个不过度古典、也不盲目追逐潮流的永恒空间，需隐含装饰艺术（Art Deco）的微妙气质，接受定制化设计但摒弃浮夸。在概念阶段，设计聚焦于形态、建筑结构与天然贵质材料。房屋原有结构为宏伟轴线与充足层高提供了布局基础。核心关注点在于建筑塑性——通过所有空间重复出现的元素，构建连贯的设计叙事。
The homeowner’s primary request was for an interior that wasn’t overly classic yet avoided being excessively trendy—something timeless with subtle references to Art Deco. Custom design solutions were welcomed but without extravagance.During the concept phase, I focused on form, architecture, and noble, natural materials. The house’s original structure allowed for a beautiful layout with grand axes and sufficient ceiling heights in the rooms. My main emphasis was on architectural plasticity, with recurring elements appearing in nearly all spaces to create a cohesive design narrative.
新布局的核心特征之一是其轴线导向。主轴线从入口穿过连贯的小厅序列延伸至宏伟楼梯厅，最终抵达客厅。沿此轴线对称分布着衣帽间、书房、客卫及厨房次入口。首层同时容纳厨房、用餐区、书房、衣帽间与功能房。
One of the key features of the new layout is its axial orientation. The main axis runs from the entrance through the enfilade of smaller rooms to the grand staircase hall and culminates in the living room. Along this axis are symmetrically placed entrances to the cloakroom, study, guest bathroom, and an additional entrance to the kitchen. The ground floor also includes the kitchen, dining area, study, wardrobe, and utility rooms.
概念以现代手法融合法式装饰艺术的优雅奢华与古代别墅的极简主义，灵感源自几个世纪前的原始室内设计。基于房屋建筑与结构特征，以古典为基础重构空间：石膏元素构建的抽象柱式系统在首层实现视觉统一。
The concept combines the elegant luxury of French Art Deco with the minimalism of ancient villas in a contemporary interpretation. I drew inspiration from original interiors of past centuries.Taking into account the house’s architecture and structural features, I reimagined the interior with a classical foundation. Plaster elements were used to create an abstract order system that visually unifies the spaces on the ground floor.
楼梯厅以石灰华全覆盖墙面形成宏大建筑体量。原始空间的轻微不对称性通过增设两根与现存结构柱对齐的半柱得以修正——它们倒映于整面镜板中，营造对称幻觉。
The staircase hall boasts large architectural volumes with walls entirely clad in travertine. Initially, the space had slight asymmetry, which I corrected by designing two additional half-columns aligned with the existing structural supports. These reflect in a large mirrored panel, creating the illusion of symmetry.
楼梯本身极具纪念性，石材踏步与金属栏杆构成主体。原楼梯上层平台遮挡窗户，故对其彻底重构：切割楼板形成优雅曲线，边缘以石膏板包裹。Bocci手工吹制玻璃吊灯如瀑布垂落，填满挑空高度。大理石地面铺设定制几何图案，中央摆放为本项目专属设计的几何基座茶几。
The staircase itself is monumental, with stone steps and metal railings. Initially, the upper landing blocked a window, so the staircase was completely redesigned. To achieve its elegant curved shape, the floor slabs were cut back, and their edges were enclosed in drywall. A cascade of Bocci hand-blown glass pendants fills the height of the space. The marble floor features a custom-designed geometric pattern, and a center table with a geometric base, designed specifically for this project, completes the hall.
全宅采用单色调色板，主要选择哑光沙色调作为基底色，统合首层的石灰华、侏罗纪大理石与橡木饰面。主卧区域色调转向池塘般柔和的灰调，搭配深勃艮第色Rosso Levante大理石壁炉作为点缀。卧室床后方的装饰木面板覆有Phillip Jeffries植物印花壁纸，增添独特细节。
The home features a monochromatic palette. I chose a muted sandy tone as the base color, unifying the travertine, Jura marble, and oak veneer on the ground floor. In the master bedroom, the palette softens to pond-like hues, complemented by a Rosso Levante marble fireplace in deep burgundy.In the bedroom, decorative wood panels behind the bed feature botanical print wallpaper by Phillip Jeffries, adding a unique touch.
家具遵循“层次叠加”原则以确保永恒性：床、沙发、餐桌与餐椅选自全球知名品牌；内置家具及定制单品（床头柜、吧台、边几与咖啡桌）按设计师的设计要求由本土工匠打造。
The furniture selection follows the principle of layering to ensure timelessness. Beds, sofas, tables, and dining chairs are sourced from renowned global manufacturers, while built-in furniture and custom pieces, including bedside tables, bars, consoles, and coffee tables, were crafted locally based on designer's thinking.
项目中设计师尤其注重建筑形态的塑造、优美布局的构建、天然贵质材料的使用以及基于手绘稿的家具设计。设计师认为楼梯厅是最具冲击力的设计——石灰华立柱、巨幅镜面、按手稿定制的大理石地毯、双层彩绘玻璃窗及贯通楼梯高度的枝形吊灯，共同实现了令人惊叹的视觉震撼。
In this project, as an architect, it was important for me to work with architectural forms, create a beautiful layout, use noble materials, and design custom furniture based on my sketches. I consider the staircase hall to be the most striking feature, designed to deliver a true wow effect. I believe the travertine columns, large mirrors, marble carpet based on my sketches, two-story stained-glass windows, and a chandelier spanning the entire height of the staircase achieve this goal beautifully.
