BASIC FUNCTIONS
Supervision to the CAD Designers/Sales Support Team (specifiers) and also provides direction to CAD /Sales Support team in BJ market, ensuring that they provide the most effective support for the sales team in an effort to maximise sales.
Responsible for coaching and training of CAD/Sales Support teams in North China markets to ensure upgrading overall CAD/Sales Support skills, especially 3D rendering.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1.
Manage CAD/Sales Support team to ensure sales specification requirements are being met.
2.
Responsible for smoothing and effective daily management and operation of CAD /Sales Support team to achieve maximize productive.
3.
Maintain an effective working relationship with Project Management and Specifier team to support sales and achieve customer requirements.
4.
Visit customer sites with sales to review the requirements of a project and/or tour the completed job site with PM and customer to ensure the accuracy of the layout plan.
5.
Maintain quality control over all aspects of CAD /Sales Support team overall efficiency by ensuring tasks are completed accurately and timely.
6.
Responsible to maintain and update files for all completed drawings, quotation and specification.
7.
Continually seek to improve CAD /Sales Support team overall efficiency and customer service level.
RELATIONSHIPS
1.
Internal Customers:
Daily contact with sales members and sales operations staff;
2.
External Customers:
Frequent contact with customers, designers, and architects.
REQUIREMENTS
1.
A university or technical school degree in design or a related field of study;
2.
A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience with at least 2 years’ managerial experience;
3.
Strong leadership Skills
4.
Experience using Auto CAD, 3D Studio Max with V-ray plug in, Photoshop
5.
Experience in the office furniture industry or Interior Design Industry preferable;
6.
Excellent computer skills;
7.
Good command of English
8.
Able to read blueprints and product specifications written in English;
9.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English;
10.
Highly organized, service as well as results oriented with excellent planning and leadership skills;
11.
High degree of professionalism and integrity.
