With a design paying tribute to the history and architecture of the idyllic island of Mykonos, Greece,
the LINEA PIU Boutique envisioned by Kois Associated is visually captivating to say the least.
The recently launched boutique (located in the heart of Chora village) accommodates some of the highest end women’s wear brands in the luxury retail market like Chanel,
Tom Ford, John Galliano and Blumarine, and will probably become a major “tourist attraction” in no time. If there is one thing we highly appreciate when it come to this project,
is the architects’ respect for local architecture and surroundings.
We got used to highly modern designs depersonalizing the feel of a place and we would hate to see that happen to the beautiful scenery of the Greek Islands.
The Linea Piu Boutique showcases traditional white walls inside and out, a design element that also helps emphasize on the clothing items put on display.
Needless to say, we look forward to your opinions regarding this project. [Photography by Vagelis Paterakis
