Thus, we logically concernabout as usual the relationship between people and what they might sense in thespace.
空间的思考以场景着手，而非去制造一个让人们在内部高速运转的工作机器。因空间触发的场景是我们关注的，这些思考可能跟工作毫无关系。我们设定的空间更像一个身份转换器，在这里你可能是朋友、兄长、伴侣、咖啡师、花艺师、糕点师、化妆师。除了工作之外，它还能滋养你其他的向面，把这里工作和生活变成一件事。 To consider each scenes might happen inside iswhat we done to define the space which is more than a working space. We careabout the stories trigger by people and it might be irrelevant to work, youmight be a friend, a brother, a mate, a barista, a florist, a patissier or evena makeup artist. People are allowed to reach other sides of theirselves apartfrom work and make it one.
办公空间是由建造于1986年的老南星玻璃厂房改造而成。原有的空间长宽比严重失衡，且不利于办公活动的开展。我们通过在内部设置不断出现的——廊道、入口。将空间打碎后从新粘合，在各空间之间形成唯一的横向交通，加强空间层次的同时带来空间游走乐趣。 The office is renovated from Nanxing GlassManufactory, built in 1986 but the unreasonable length-width ration is notadaptable as a working space. Therefore constant corridors and entrances reformthe space and the linkage brings up the only route, meanwhile contributes toreinforce spatial layers, which meant to effervesce unexpected pleasure whenpeople exploring the space.
拆除旧窗后，我们有意保留窗洞，沿洞口内墙面安装落地玻璃。施工的印记，被完整记录下来的同时为路过的人们带来未完成的视错体验。 The blank window frame is reserveddeliberately and well protected by glass to completely record the the processof reconstruction.
不同于其他空间粗犷的原建筑感，化妆间的纯白与其形成鲜明对比，目的正是为了在明净的空间中提醒人们注重仪容。 To emphasize the difference between areas, thewhole white restroom makes strong distinction to rough industrial atmosphere.The Hollywood dressing table mirror is designed to convey the importance ofelegance for ladies.
FlaHalo是一家在文化创意行业极具创新的公司，对于办公空间我们有一个创新的概念，即“流动办公”。功能布局上打破部门界线的同时设置非常有限的台式电脑位和没有抽屉的桌子。每个人都拥有私人储物柜。这使得工作场景开放、灵活，以此鼓励人们流动自由，选择自己喜欢的工作区域。 Flahalo Creative, the owner of the space, is adynamic and innovative corporation in culture creative field. The concept “space of flow” brings up the project. For human resourcessystem, departments would not exist so that people are encouraged to followtheir moods to work around, facing the desktop setup in the long table orsitting cross-legged on the carpet with laptop. Also no drawer is installed inthe space. Instead, staffs are provided personal lockers to keep thebelongings. ▼设计图纸
