简介：

这是由BWM Architekten事务所设计的位于奥地利维也纳的一个酒店项目，这个新的Topazz酒店项目尊重既有的历史性背景，同时考虑到周围的环境及维也纳的未来发展。这个酒店周围都是有些历史的建筑，它是第一个位于城市中心的绿色高档酒店项目。项目采用的能源节约理念融入先进的科技以生成低成本能源的利用。可持续的策略并不仅仅就停留在此，酒店室内到处都是高质的绿色材料。酒店的表皮上点缀着巨大的椭圆形的窗户，它们以不同的间隔分布在表皮之上，以与邻里的住宅高度相匹配。室内的设计受到表皮的启发，让人联想到一个镶着许多巨大椭圆形宝石的花瓶。

New Hotel Topazz looks to its historic location while being constructed with empathy for its surroundings and Vienna's future in mind. Surrounded by historical buildings， it is the first green upscale hotel in the city centre. Its resource-saving energy concept uses advanced technology to generate low operating cost resources. But the sustainable approach does not end there; throughout the hotel high-quality green materials have been used for building and interior design. The hotel's fa?ade is dotted with large oval windows. These are staggered at different intervals to match different heights of the neighboring houses. The interior designer was inspired by the hotel's fa?ade， which reminded him of a cylindrical vase gemmed with big oval amber stones.
