TITLE: Senior Interior Designer
SALARY RANGE: ￥6,000 – 7,000
STARTING DATE: August 2009
REPORTING LINE: Chairman and Creative Director
LOCATION: Shanghai, China
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT: English Chinese
A Design and Communication Company based in Shanghai is looking for a full time, experienced and talented interior designer for various design projects and construction follow-up.  
Must have creative and fresh ideas and understand the current interior design trend.


KEY TASKS
•        Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval.
•        Confer with client to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, and purpose and function.
•        Advise on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination.
•        Plan and design interior environments for villas, lofts, apartment, offices, and other enclosed spaces.
•        Develop conceptual designs into scheme design and prepare CAD drawings, 3D renderings, material sample boards, and any other materials required supporting our project needs, present design schemes to clients;
•        To be fully familiar with design flow, decoration process and the materials used on the project.
REQUIREMENT
•        Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and social skills;
•        Design or other relevant college degree or above;
•        Good computer skills in CAD, 3D Max, VR or Lightscape and Photoshop;
•        Able to speak English in working hours, preference given to those who have worked in foreign companies;
