According to the request of the development of Jing Jin Ji area, HK JR Design has undertaken the general city planning of 150 square kilometers of Tangshan Bay, based on current basis and future needs of the development of the market and city, and with the aim of propelling strategic new industries, letting the human hearts come back to nature, and advocating ecologically civilized vacations as a core concept. This planning is lead by a fashionable life style with a theme of bay special flavor, and is paid high attention on ecological cities and high- end markets. HK JR Design is dedicated to build the 150 square kilometers of Tangshan Bay to be a brilliant, magical international tourism island which is suitable for dwelling, business, tourism, high- level technologies and high- level research, and Tangshan Bay will be integrated with the functions of cities, ecology, civilization, environment, technologies, aviation, air ports, etc. as well.

The validity of this planning is between 2016 and 2030, 15 years in total. And HK JR Design Group solely completed the planning on Dec. 2016!
