项目位于美丽的浪漫之都辽宁省大连市金石滩风景区第一次和业主见面的时候
大概有6,7家设计和装饰公司，本打算放弃此次项目，但是听了其他不专业的设计师提供的建议后，决定找个时间和业主聊聊。业主也被吴设计师的专业能力和职业精神所感动，也如期开展了后续的设计工作。前期也花了大量的时间和业主沟通，认真了解业主的诉求和生活习惯。做到一对一的定制服务，在这里也感谢业主给予的信任支持，以及时间上的等待。
实际在东北地区，设计费对于大部分业主还是很难接受的，即使和业主客户们，耐心的讲解我们的工作和服务，也无动于衷，所以更需要我们这样的年轻人，去多学习，慢慢的改变设计和装修市场，让更多的业主能得到真正生活品质的提升。
对于此次项目
业主的主要诉求是希望有些简约而不简单的法式概念，业主也对vintage的老物件情有独钟，同时也被极简的家具或摆件种了草。所以吴设计师想起了一个地方，布达佩斯，布达和佩斯两岸相隔，尤其是20世纪初则更为明显，一面是传统的建筑和道路规划，另一面是现代化的建筑和地标，形成了强烈的反差对比，设计师也从城市中寻找灵感，形成了整个方案的中心概念。

The project is located in Jinshitan Scenic Spot, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, which is a beautiful romantic capital.

When I first met with the owner

There are about 6,7 design and decoration companies. We were going to give up the project, but after listening to the suggestions from other professional designers, We decided to talk to the owners sometime. The owner was also moved by Wu designer's professional ability and professionalism, and also carried out the follow-up design work as scheduled. In the early stage, it also spent a lot of time to communicate with the owners and carefully understand the owners'demands and living habits. To achieve one-to-one customized service, here also thanks for the trust and support of the owners, as well as the waiting of time.

In fact, in Northeast China, the design fee is hard for most owners to accept. Even with the owners and customers, patiently explaining our work and services, they are indifferent. Therefore, we need young people like us to learn more, slowly change the design and decoration market, so that more owners can get a real improvement in the quality of life.

For this project

The main appeal of the owner is to have some concise but not simple French concepts. The owner is also fond of vintage's old things, and is also planted with minimal furniture or furnishings. So Wu designers think of a place, Budapest, Buda and Pess are separated from each other, especially in the early 20th century. On the one hand, traditional architecture and road planning, on the other hand, modern architecture and landmarks form a strong contrast. Designers also seek inspiration from the city, forming the central concept of the whole project.
