Mark Hunter is an architectural and interior 3D visualisation designer based in Sydney, Australia, and founder and director of studio Third Aesthetic. They have cooperated with many famous Australian designers, such as Conrad Architects and Richard Stanisich.

Mark Hunter出身于1986年，曾在悉尼多家设计公司工作，并于2015年12月21日成立了自己的工作室Third Aesthetic。他们的作品注入了引人注目的元素，令人印象深刻。通过自然的色调，创造一种放松和正能量的无缝感觉。

Mark Hunter was born in 1986 and has worked for several design companies in Sydney before launching his own studio, Third Aesthetic, on 21 December 2015. Their work is infused with striking and impressive elements. Create a seamless feeling of relaxation and positive energy through natural tones.

While embodying a decidedly contemporary architectural expression, Conrad Architects reimagines a grand Georgian-style residence (c.1935) as five townhouses with a deep respect for site heritage and context.

With the first of five townhouses located in the original residence, a new addition at the rear accommodates four new homes. While a common design language was employed throughout, the layering of Georgian detailing was omitted from the new structure to avoid any sense of reproduction.

Melfort体现了对追求经典的极简主义和克制主义的承诺，但又充满了情感的深度，敏锐地平衡了传统与现代。内饰设计具有明显的欧洲敏感性-克制，但有一些精美的细节。橡木地板和厨房细木工以及卡拉拉大理石厨房，浴室和壁炉表现出柔和的中性色调。

Melfort exemplifies a commitment to pursuing architecture that is classically minimal and restrained, yet layered with a depth of emotion, sensitively balancing the heritage and the contemporary. The interior design was approached with a distinctly European sensibility – restrained, yet with moments of fine detailing. A soft, neutral palette is expressed through oak flooring and kitchen joinery, and Cararra marble kitchens, bathrooms and fireplaces.
