材质上：采用自然粗旷的天然材质，如藤编、亚麻、木材等，在极简的家具上体现出来，搭配上水泥材质的顶面相互配合，构建一种诗意的生活场景以一种温暖和简约朴质的气质呈现真正回归居住者的内心意境，故事和情感的无限还原。在整个过程中我们一直努力降低色彩，形状等元素的干扰，专注于本质上。

装饰上：采用了非常中性的主调，为空间整体赋予了清新的氛围。不同纹理的亚麻纺织品被用于空间各处，增添了轻松和舒适的感觉.

色彩上：极力忽略色彩的干扰，专注于水泥与木饰面的结合，营造出许多的体块感，整合室内相互穿插的界面，带来多维度的空间层次。减少缀饰，用体块的削减，堆叠与线条，材质的碰撞来实现空间的丰富。

空间上：选用了多样的空间结构，其中亮点的就是这个回字形动线，在进门玄关处做了个回字形动线，动线的丰富产生了多样交互场景的结合，洄游动线通过环形将玄关卫生间客厅整个公共区域串联在一起，动线流畅，空间亦显开阔。

同时还有一处阳光走廊也是一处亮点，由于玄关采光不好，特意在空间上规划出一处阳光走廊，使得光线照进玄关处，使整个房子的采光都非常好，阳关走廊连接的是外卫，使得空间动线上呈现出多样性与趣味性。

对于三个卧室也用了不同的处理方式，使空间富有多样性。主卧依旧延续客厅的体块感，用材质和块来区分功能，是空间更加明确。

最后老人房用床背景的线性灯光增加空间的光感也有实用性，同时床侧面的柜子明没有采用普通柜子的形态，而是做了敞开式层板，削弱了柜子的厚重感，使整组柜子有轻盈感。
