①拆除客厅与次卧部分墙体，设书房、吧台及地台，营造更为整体、动线更加合理的客书房区域。

②外扩入户门洞、卫生间、厨房墙体，后移次卧墙体，合理改善玄关、走廊及各空间配比及功能。

③改主卧卫生间为衣帽间，改变其门洞朝向，提升使用便利、舒适度。
