Francesc Rife recently released his latest work, OA House. The house sits on a site that is open on three sides and is bounded by two streets and a square, setting it in the midst of a lush natural landscape. The reflection of the sky and the vegetation contrast with the concrete boxes of the building, and the austere interior of the house is an introverted self-perpetuating aesthetic perspective.

The building consists of a lower main body and two structures on top of it, while the entire facade of the building is divided into two materials. The main design basis behind it is: simple architectural concept and goal vision away from the complexity of The Times. The juxtaposition of the three rectangular volumes explains the project's formal simplicity, while its openings ultimately determine the existence of the internal living Spaces.
