原 名 称：Information Based Architecture

这是由Information Based Architecture建筑事务所（IBA）设计的一个高达600米的观景塔楼，设计采用最新的技术挑战传统的思维，目的在于探讨新的可能，通过理念性生动的，精心策划的，环保绿色的建筑丰富城市生活。这个高600米的塔楼包含114.00平方米的餐厅，会议室和娱乐空间。项目旨在通过建筑，结构及环境上的设计实现连贯性。这个项目的表皮还能作为一种环境过滤器，以减少太阳照射。

Information Based Architecture (IBA) was originally set up in London in 1998 as a partnership between architects Mark Hemel and Barbara Kuit. Using the newest technologies the practice challenges conventional thinking and seeks to exploit new opportunities to enrich our cities with conceptually interesting， and well thought through environmentally responsible architecture. The practice's most interesting project to date is the Canton Tower， a 600 metre observation tower with 114.00 m2 of restaurants， conference and entertainment spaces. The project aims to seek coherence by integrating architectural， structural and environmental design. In the project of the Canton Tower， the structure's façade functions as an environmental filter that reduces sun loading.
