The entire building is wrapped in an embossed woven facade screen consisting of roughly 1,500 perforated steel panels and further accentuated by lighting fixtures integrated in the steel structure. A pond with fountains stretches along almost the full 100 metres of the building. The walls of the pond are clad in expanded metal screens with integrated lighting and sliding gates, revealing entrances to the subterranean parking garage below. The hall is connected to the existing complex by a gallery which has been extended and completely remediated, with new mirror-like ceilings, lighting, green walls and a glass facade along the entire length of the pond. The large exhibition space is very versatile as it can be divided into smaller units, down to the size of a conference room. A more intimate ceiling height is achieved by height-adjustable lighting trusses, which are illuminated by LED fixtures.
