海洋之心
本案位於深圳著名風景旅遊區大梅沙，地理位置優越，環境優美，面湖而建，產品定位高端，建築面積686M2.
地上兩層分為生活起居區及臥室休息區，地下分為入戶車庫大堂及私人會所，整個空間大氣方正，通風采光極佳。
鑒於本產品特質，設計師以私人度假酒店及（海洋之心）為主題概念進行設計，將大海一日所呈現的各種寶石般的藍綠色貫穿整個空間，并以象徵陽光沙灘的白色作為陪襯，大氣磅礴一氣呵成

Heart of Ocean
The project locates in Da Mei Sha Scenic Spot. With convenient geographic location and nice environment, it is built in front of the lake in a high-end positioning with a building area of 686m2.
The villa is divided into a 2-floors above the ground and a basement underground. The 2-floors above the ground is built into living areas and bedrooms while the basement is designed as carport and private lounge, with generous and square space in a whole and good ventilation and lighting condition.
Considering the speciality of the project, our designers planned it in the key concept of Private Hotel and Heart of Ocean, which leads to the whole penetration of different bluish greens that the ocean presents in a day, with white color that stands for the sunshine and beach serving as the contrast. Thus, the project is in a generous and boundless situation.
